• Handmade items can sometimes arrive damaged. We try to send our best products to you but sometimes a damaged product might slip through the crack. If this happens, send it back for a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item and we’ll replace it. Simple as that!

    Once we receive your item a replacement will be sent out. If we are unable to replace your item then we will issue a full refund.

    You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • All sales are final. However, if your item is damaged we will gladly replace it or refund your money if the item is discontinued.

  • All orders will be shipped within 7 days.
